1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By completing the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our acceptance (e.g. by shipping confirmation).
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include applicable statutory VAT.
Additional shipping costs may apply and are indicated during the ordering process.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made within Germany, the European Union, and worldwide.
The standard delivery time within Germany is 3–7 working days after receipt of payment.
Note on Business Operations
As our business operates only on certain days and may occasionally be closed due to holidays, delays in shipping may occur.
Any current absences will be clearly communicated in the online shop (e.g. via banner).
Orders placed during such periods will be accepted but shipped only after business operations resume.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Special Characteristics of Antiques
The goods offered are predominantly used unique items with age-related signs of wear.
Signs of use, age-related wear, and patina do not constitute defects but are typical characteristics of antiques.
8. Shipping and Transfer of Risk
The goods are carefully packaged and shipped insured for their value.
For particularly large, heavy, or fragile items, we reserve the right to calculate shipping costs individually. In such cases, the customer will be informed before shipment.
For consumers, the statutory provisions regarding the transfer of risk apply.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For used goods, the warranty period is one year from delivery.
The offered goods are unique items with age-related signs of wear, which do not constitute defects if they are described or recognizable.
Information regarding age, origin, and material is provided to the best of our knowledge but does not constitute a guaranteed quality.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
