Refund policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which the customer, or a third party named by the customer, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) using the following contact details:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If this contract is withdrawn, we shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

The customer must return the goods no later than fourteen days from the day on which they notify us of the withdrawal.

The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for Loss in Value

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Note on Antiques

Signs of wear and tear due to age do not constitute a defect.
