• European Union: €15 shipping fee
• Outside the EU: €20 shipping fee

Delivery Times

• Germany: 3–7 business days
• EU: 5–14 business days
• Worldwide: 7–21 business days

Delivery times begin once payment has been received.

Note on Business Hours

Our shop is not open continuously. During holiday periods, no shipping will take place. These periods will be clearly communicated in the online shop.

Special Shipping Conditions

All items are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. For particularly large or fragile items, shipping costs may be adjusted individually. The customer will be informed in advance.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the buyer.
